At Rabbitgoo, we want you to shop with confidence. If you ever need to make a return, just reach out and we’ll make it easy. Your satisfaction always comes first.

Important Notes Before Returning

Returns must be made within 60 days from the date of initial delivery. In order to successfully process your return, the gear must not be used, washed or damaged and must include the original packaging, including the product manual. All package are subject to inspection.

All returns must be submitted for approval. Rabbitgoo cannot process unapproved returns. To apply, you can make a return by yourself or contact us via customerservice@rabbitgoo.com.

      Please Note:

  1. Returns are only available in the United States. Other country, such as Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan, only support product quality problem to refunds. 
  2. For Cat Tree and Car Barrier, please inquire customerservice@rabbitgoo.com before applying. 
  3. The No Pull Dog Harness and Leash Set ($9.9) is eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
  4. Orders valued at $400 or more are final and non-returnable. 

Your Guide to Returns

There’s a $5 fee for using our return label, or you can ship the item back yourself. If you choose to return it on your own, please provide the tracking number or we cannot process it for you. Please send the item back within 14 days after your return is approved. Returns not completed within this time will be canceled. The $5 label fee is non-refundable once a label has been issued.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, please return the item, and we will ship the new item after we receive the returned one.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours after we receive the returned item.

Please note: Refunds are calculated based on the item’s total purchase amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they have already been incurred.

Damage

In the rare instance that your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make things right for you. Please reach out to us at customerservice@rabbitgoo.com within 3 days of receiving your order, attaching photos of the issue. We'll promptly send you a replacement product, and there won't be any additional cost once we confirm the damage. 

Undeliverable return

If a package is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect shipping information (such as address or contact details), we will charge the original shipping cost — even if your order qualified for free shipping.

 

Return Policy for Rabbitgoo.com Orders Only

This return policy only for products purchased from rabbitgoo.com, not for the authorized seller. Each seller has their own set of return policies and Rabbitgoo is only able to refund, exchange, or credit a purchase if it was made directly through Rabbitgoo.com.

Make a Return by Yourself

You can make a return by yourself via https://rabbitgoo8z.returnscenter.com/ or you can contact customerservice@rabbitgoo.com.
Please locate your original order invoice, which includes your order number (e.g., #8888), and submit it. You may also be asked to provide 2–3 clear photos of the product to confirm it’s in good condition, free of pet hair, and includes all original packaging.
If you do not return the item within 14 days, your return request will be canceled and the $3 label fee, if charged, will not be refunded. However, you can submit another request within the 60-day validity period without the additional $3 fee.
