ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.


REFUND FOR UNCONDITIONAL RETURN

  • Unconditional Return is available within 7 days upon receipt.
  • Shipping costs for unconditional return should be covered by the buyer.
  • When returning an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to make sure it can be delivered so that a refund can be released afterwards.
  • A full refund can be released when an item is successfully returned in original package and unused condition.


REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

  • For any defective items, please contact us by email (service@rabbitgoo.com) within the warranty period (30 days upon receipt).
  • Please attach photos of the defective item and let us know your requirements.
  • Once a defective item is confirmed, we will issue a refund for your order or send a brand new replacement for free as per your request.
  • The 30 day warranty only covers defective products. If your pet does not like the product or you have ordered the wrong size/color, we grant you a 40% discount on your next purchase.
