What you need: a soft measuring tape, or a ruler and a piece of string.
1. Have your cat stand naturally on a flat surface.
2. Measure the lower neck and the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
3. Keep the tape snug without pressing into the coat or skin.
4. After fitting, confirm you can slide about ONE fingers beneath each strap.
